Dr Khath Bunthorn is a Research Associate at the Center for Governance and Inclusive Society, Cambodia Development Resource Institute (CDRI), Phnom Penh. He received his doctorate in Indo-Pacific Studies from the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
