Kimly Ngoun

Dr Kimly Ngoun was Chief Editor at the Asian Vision Institute in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, between 2019 and 2023. He was previously a Lecturer in English and International Relations at the Royal University of Phnom Penh, and a translator and interpreter at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia. Dr Kimly has published widely on topics of conflict and nationalism in the Southeast Asian region and specialises in the understanding of Cambodia’s place in a rapidly changing region.
