Dr Kunihiko Hirabayashi is Secretary-General of the ASEAN-Japan Centre. He was previously the Regional Advisor and Regional Chief of Health and HIV/AIDS at the UNICEF East Asian and Pacific Regional Office in Bangkok, Thailand.
