Alex Tilman is the Ambassador of Timor-Leste to Singapore. Prior to his appointment as Ambassador to Singapore, he worked for the UN Resident Coordinator’s Office in Timor-Leste as Partnership and Development Financing Officer. He is also a founding member of Maluk Timor.
