Dr Malcolm Cook was previously a Visiting Senior Fellow at ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute and Editor at Fulcrum. Before joining ISEAS, he was a Professor and the founding Dean of the School of International Studies at Flinders University of South Australia (2011-2014); the founding East Asia Program Director at the Lowy Institute in Sydney (2003-2010); and a Lecturer at the Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines (2000-2003).
