Ms Sharon Seah is a Senior Fellow and Coordinator at the ASEAN Studies Centre, ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute. She is also editor of Building a New Legal Order for the Oceans. Prior to joining ISEAS, Ms Seah was Associate Director of the NUS Centre for International Law.
