Thomas Daniel is a Senior Fellow in the Foreign Policy and Security Studies programme at the Institute of Strategic & International Studies (ISIS) Malaysia. His interests lie in the strategic-security challenges of Southeast Asia, including the impacts of major power dynamics on ASEAN.
