Somjade Kongrawd

Rear Admiral Somjade Kongrawd (retired, Royal Thai Navy) is a subcommittee member on Maritime Transportation and Merchant Marine in the Thai Senate. 

He was previously Director of the Office of the Naval Judge Advocate General and taught the Law of the Sea for the Royal Thai Navy. He retired in 2019. His related publications include “Implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea to Thai Domestic Law” and “Thailand and Cambodia Maritime Dispute: Peaceful Settlement”.
